"Every woman is beautiful. You may not be born a beauty. You can become her, because real beauty consists of perfect internal health and regular care of yourself and your face."
The main reason why excessive fat content of the hair roots occurs is the hyperactivity of the sebaceous glands. This problem is most often found in people with a predominant Kapha dosha. In winter, when the air gets cold, the body tends to release more fat, as a result of which the hair roots can get salted faster.
An imbalance in the sebaceous glands, which provide nutrition to the hair, also leads to dryness and split ends. Washing the ends of the hair with shampoo or applying conditioner to the roots of the hair can aggravate this problem. Therefore, it is better to wash the ends of the hair with a mild shampoo, not shampoo for oily hair.

Treatment at the Kerala Center: "Kesha" without oil
For people with oily scalp and split ends, the "Cache" procedure without oil is usually recommended. A mixture of water and lemon juice is applied to the scalp for 5 minutes. Then, using a cotton pad, this mixture is removed, after which rose water is applied and massaged for 10 minutes.
Then the oil is applied for 5 minutes. The hair is treated with steam, which contributes to their nutrition. Then the head is well washed with shampoo and conditioner with proteins is applied.
