5-DAY SESSION “YOGA FOR BEGINNERS”

Whom this course is designed for?
  • The course is recommended to people who have never practiced yoga and who have a wish to try.
  • Those who already started practicing yoga, but doesn’t have enough knowledge and information.
The purpose of the course is to gently show a newcomer the world of yoga, introduce the basics of yoga practice and philosophy, basic asanas (poses), breathing techniques (pranayama); give a general understanding of how classes are held in the center, teach the basics of reading mantras and meditation.

Classes will be held daily on November 28, 29; December 1, 5, 6 at 16:00 with a yoga teacher Ramunni, who has many years of guiding experience. He has been practicing yoga since school ages and now constantly continues to develop himself in yoga field. He helps his students as well to achieve their yoga goals.

The course syllabus supposes physical activity and studying material to increase from the first lesson to the last. Each lesson has specific sequence, that’s why we recommend you not to miss classes.

After the course you will know how to:
  • relieve stress, anxiety and tension;
  • work with the body to develop flexibility and elasticity of muscles and ligaments;
  • train joints to preserve their youth and flexibility;
  • encourage the hormonal and nervous system to help maintain emotional balance and positive view of the world;
  • start natural processes of regeneration and recovery of the body.
The syllabus includes theory and practice:

28.11 (Mon) Day 1
  • Short history of hatha and ashtanga yoga
  • Yoga warm-up and flexibility techniques
  • Basic rules and yoga philosophy (yama and niyama)
29.11 (Tue) Day 2
  • Basic asanas and safety techniques
  • How yoga differs from sport and gymnastics, practice examples 
  • Basic relaxation techniques
01.12 (Thu) Day 3
  • Basic balance asanas
  • Body balance means mind balance
  •  «Surya namaskar» sequence – strength, flexibility and stamina of you spine 
  • Yoga Nidra (complete relaxation)
05.12 (Mon) Day 4
  • Pranayama in detail
  • Meditation basics
  • Mantra and Aum singing
06.12 (Tue) Day 5
  • Asana consequence for daily practise
  • Satsang – Q&A session 
After studying theory and practice during "Yoga for beginners" course under able guidance of an experienced teacher Ramunni, you will be able to practice yoga regularly, proper and by your own (with maximum benefit for your health). Practice will help to:
  • strengthen the respiratory system;
  • develop flexibility and stamina;
  • consciously manage your emotions, mood and energy flow.
Duration of lesson during the session: 1 h 15 min.

  • I would like to give my feedback on consultation with Dr. Jithin Ram. I started my first in life Panchakarma on December 01, 2022. My disease and reason for treatment as well, is long-term (more than 3 years). Diagnosis is drug-resistant depression. In addition to Panchakarma, I have had Reiki sessions (approximately 7 in total). I have noticed further positive changes in my body and feelings: my back is straight now (I used to be a slouch), I feel lightness in my body, I have much more energy, I am more sensitive  and open (I can cry easily), I wake up at 5:30 without alarm clock, I can make decisions faster, my face complexion has improved, almost 6 months I didn’t have any problems with my back and neck (all the chronic diseases), I almost don’t have  headaches (I don’t take painkillers), I eat less (fullness comes faster, I have lost 10kg in total), I want less sweets and most importantly depression is gone.   • Hello, I would like to write a feedback and express my gratitude to Dr. Jithin. Recently I have injured my ligaments, did overtraining in gym and this slippery weather related to the ice on the roads and falls. I had severe pain, I could hardly move around my apartment. Then I accidentally joined Instagram live-stream of Dr. Jithin related to ayurvedic remedies to cure injuries of different kinds.

    I made an appointment with the doctor - took a taxi and then hardly crawled from the car to the cabinet. He made fast and accurate diagnosis and prescribed body massage. It was hard to believe but from Kerala Сenter I went home by metro my self. Just a miracle! Moreover three months before I did Panchakarma with Dr. Jithin. I didn't notice any immediate effect, therefore I didn’t have any health issues. But now three months after procedure, I can say that it's very effective. I didn’t catch any illness related to high temperature and epidemic, and my digestion is perfect. In general I feel myself very good.

  • Good afternoon! In June 2022, on the advice of friends, I came to this clinic. To be honest, I had no hope that they could help me here.
